The company has 262 existing sites in the UK and has now appointed a new property team, secured funding and plans an expansion drive opening 10 to 15 new sites a year.

GCW will use its expertise built on site finding for roadside retailers. It expects IMO to be an attractive option for landlords as it offers long leases up to 25 years, a strong covenant and covers all investment capital costs. GCW will work with IMO to secure sites next to strong traffic generating locations such as entrance and exits to supermarkets, shopping centres, retail parks, and DIY outlets. It can take advantage of unusual shapes and sizes in tight areas of 0.25 to 0.5 acre.
