The £100 million mixed-use development alongside the newly-rejuvenated Maidenhead Waterways, will offer a new urban quarter with parking nearby. Its sits alongside the existing town centre retail offer including Next, Waitrose, Topshop, M&S, H&M and New Look.
The development will have 240 apartments, office, restaurants and a retail offer. GCW have begun marketing two units totalling 5,600 sq ft with riverside terraces to be handed over in Autumn 2016. Maidenhead is seeing a resurgence of interest and is set to be further improved when Crossrail services begin in 2019.
