GCW has worked with JoJo Maman Bebe since 2005 and in that time its portfolio of stores has grown from 2 to 56 boutiques including stores in Ireland. Our understanding of JoJo’s customers, where they live and work helps us to find exactly the right locations. Shops which are step free and on a single level with large fitting rooms to accommodate mums with buggies are just some of the must-haves alongside space for baby changing.
We work closely with JoJo’s founder to ensure a portfolio fit of every new store contributing to capex modelling, and all liaising with other consultants from site identification to opening to ensure a smooth acquisition.
GCW actively manages JoJo’s portfolio of stores across the UK, working to spot threats to an individual store’s performance or an opportunity to get better value by repositioning or regearing. We also provide a proactive approach to reviews and lease renewals.
