GCW has secured four new tenants for Lewisham Shopping centre owner Land Securities. JD Sport takes a 6,000 sq ft triple unit on a 10 year lease for £235,000 pa with nine months rent free. T Mobile takes a 1,850 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease for £105,000 pa with three months rent free.
At the northern end of the centre, in the former Mothercare premises, Tiger and Costa have committed to units of 5,835 sq ft and 1,635 sq ft respectively. All new brands are due to open in the next few months.
GCW act joinly with KLM on behalf of Land securities.
