GCW continues to expand its team of property professionals with Jonathan Wynne joining the firm as a director, specialising in shopping centre and retail investment.
Jonathan joins from DTZ where he was working in Moscow and London heading up the continental Europe Retail Investment team, leading work on investment advice and associated asset planning. He had previously set up Donaldsons’ Russian market operations and when based in Moscow, achieved a market leading service in development consulting and management services.
At GCW, he adds more depth to its experienced shopping centre investment team with strong financial and analytical skills and wide experience of business plan modelling.
“I’m hoping to offer these analytical skills with existing clients and to help expand the client base. I’m thrilled to have joined a strong, specialist retail practice such as GCW. There is immense professional knowledge and expertise here which will give an important back-up to my work” says Jonathan.
Jonathan is the third new professional member of staff to join GCW this year as the firm continues to expand. Ed Nicholson and Beatrice Fairley joined the Agency team earlier in the year.
