Britain's fastest growing fashion brand Superdry has opened a new store in Woking as part of their rapid expansion onto the UK high street. The celebrity sponsored fashion brand has taken a new store at the entrance to the Peacocks in Woking in a massive 6,000 sq ft store. The new unit is part of the redevelopment of the entrance to the Peacocks and gives the centre a more imposing entrance to the busy Town Square and much improved accessibility & visibility.
The Peacocks Centre will be welcoming another new arrival in the next few weeks when leading UK fashion retailer Peacocks opens its doors. Peacocks have acquired the former Internaçionale unit following relocation and the 7,850 sq ft unit will open pre Christmas adjacent to JJB sports on the Bandstand Mall. Along with Oxygen and Next, the Bandstand Mall is now growing as a fashion location and with the news that Internaçionale have acquired the former Madhouse unit, there will be three new openings on this busy mall.
Internaçionale have relocated to new premises as part of a series of asset management plans proposed by the Landlord. With Peacocks acquiring their former unit, Internationale were very keen to secure a new flagship store to support their ambitious rollout programme and terms have been agreed for a new 5 year lease. The new store will be fitted in the latest style first presented at Braehead and the new stores will compliment an aggressive development of the new e-commerce site. Internaçionale have big plans for the business and Peacocks centre are delighted to be able to have one of the first of many new stores.
