GCW have been asked to provide advice to the landlords of 20 Woolworth’s stores in anticipation of these reverting to them as a result of the appointment of Administrators.
The stores GCW are advising on include opportunities to release large prime high street space in some of the top UK towns including Carlisle, Torquay and Southport. Our knowledge of the UK retail market is allowing our clients to capitalise on what otherwise might have been a negative situation.
