thecentre:mk, the 1.3 million sq ft regional shopping centre in Milton Keynes, has announced the appointment of Gooch Cunliffe Whale as new joint letting agents. Together with CBRE they form part of a strong and experienced letting team that is charged with the brief to explore and exploit further opportunities in the successful centre, which has just reported a record Christmas performance.
The shopping centre, which opened in 1979, is one of the top ten in the UK and draws from a regional catchment of 3 million people. It is at the heart of UK’s largest government growth region with 360,000 new homes targeted over the next 15 years.
