Stratford Centre builds on success

Ice cream and dessert operator, Creams will open next month in a unit formerly occupied by Thomas Cook. The 2,000 sq ft store is let on a 15 year lease at £98,000 pa. The deal cements the rental tone in the centre at £145 Zone A. Grab and go food operator Granier Bakery also opens in Stratford at £90,000 pa on a 10 year lease.

H Samuel has agreed a regear of its lease for a further five years at £140,000 pa in its 3,200 sq ft store.

GCW acts as letting agent for owner Frogmore who purchased the scheme in 2017.
