London & Associated Properties plc, advised by GCW, have sold the long leasehold interest in the Church Square Shopping Centre in St Helens to ING Retail Property Fund, Britannica, for £75 million showing a net initial yield of 5.18%.
The sale was made by LAP on behalf of Analytical Properties, its 50:50 joint venture with the Bank of Scotland. GCW have remained as letting agents on the centre.
