Gooch Cunliffe Whale have been appointed as joint letting agent with Leslie Furness & Co in respect to The Lewisham Centre, Lewisham, on behalf of Land Securities.
The centre was purchased from Slough Estates as part of their recent ‘property swap’. The centre already boasts an impressive tenant line-up including Next, Marks & Spencer, New Look, Bhs, Woolworths, Boots and Dorothy Perkins.
Plans for a refurbishment of the existing centre and a comprehensive extension are under consideration.
