Ottakars Expansion continues unabated

Ottakar's are continuing their acquisition strategy with a number of transactions exchanged in the last few weeks.

These include:- Alton - 41 High Street (leasehold interest in 2,500 sq ft store at a passing rent of £30,000 per annum)
Amersham - 61 Sycamore Road (acquisition of leasehold interest in 2,800 sq ft store at £35,000 per annum) Bridport - 21 East Street (acquisition of 2,250 sq ft unit at a rent of £25,250 per annum).
Chesham - 54 The Broadway (acquisition of 3,500 sq ft unit at £41,500 per annum).

Romsey - 7-9 The Hundred (acquisition of 4,900 sq ft unit at £95,000 per annum).
Wimbledon - 62-63 High Street (acquisition of 1,500 sq ft unit at £92,000 per annum).
