For the last 2 years Gooch Cunliffe Whale have been working with La Salle Investments on their 6 acre site in the heart of Kings Cross.
Comprising an outstanding example of inner city urban regeneration with carefully restored period buildings blending with brand new construction this is a mix use scheme of residential, office, retail and leisure uses. Gooch Cunliffe Whale advised on all aspects of the retail element of the scheme in L Salle’s acquisition and subsequently are appointed as letting agents on all of the retail units within the scheme.
All the units fronting on to Pentonville Road, the main retail location are spoken for with operators to Kings Cross including Starbucks, Rush Hairdressers, Better bookmakers and Prêt a Manager.
A new tone for prime units in Kings Cross has been established of in excess of £90.The last remaining units in the development along Caledonia Road are now in solicitors hands.
Following on from this success Gooch Cunliffe Whale have recently brought to the market the retail/leisure units in Blackstone and Generation Estates “Nido” development at 200 Pentonville Road comprising some 950 student apartments, with further private residential apartments and some 15,000 sq ft office/D1 space.
