The Portman Estate's Portman Village has taken a giant leap forward with lettings to Chadwicks Butchers, La Masseria Italian Delicatessen, Chouette Patisserie, Philglas & Swiggot Vintners & Cozmo Jenks Millener. Portman Village is undergoing an urban renaissance as a result of a £70m refurbishment programe being undertaken by The Portman Estate. The retail offer is centred around New Quebec St and Seymour Place, where units are being created specifically for high quality independant retailers.
