Restaurant groups back GCW lease advice

GCW has been instructed to act on behalf of GBK to deal with 14 lease advisory instructions, of which five have already been completed.

The majority of the instructions are in London on high profile sites such as Canary Wharf, Frith Street in Soho and The O2 Centre in Greenwich. Other instructions cover a number of London suburbs as well as a number of sites throughout the UK.

GCW will also act on behalf of Wagamama to deal with nine lease advisory instructions. It has just agreed the first negotiation at a nil increase in Queens Road, Bristol. The majority of these instructions are in London and include a number of high profile sites including Wagamama, Kingsway and outlets in St Albans and Tunbridge Wells.
