GCW have been appointed with Donaldsons as joint letting agents for The Mall – Bromley, which provides a natural link between The Glades shopping centre and High Street. The Mall is currently being comprehensively redeveloped by Henry Boot plc to comprise a number of new retail units ranging from 1,000 sqft to 15,000 sq ft. Construction is due for completion this summer, providing retailers with an opportunity to open for trade this Christmas.
