GCW expands retail team

Laurence Noott joins as a senior surveyor in GCW’s high street team moving from Cushman & Wakefield. Laurence will work with director Simon Morris on high street leasing and asset management. With experience in development and large stores, he previously worked at GL Hearn, first on its graduate programme and then as part of its retail team.

Archie Morriss is the second new recruit, joining GCW from retail agency Morgan Williams where he worked following his BSc in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University.

Archie is part of the shopping centre agency team concentrating on seven of GCW’s centres including Hammersmith Broadway, Fulham Broadway and The Centre, Feltham in London and Langney in Eastbourne.
