GCW negotiated with the tenant, acting for Royal London Asset Management in the rent review with 10 years left on the lease.
“The rental uplift was achieved through our experience on big stores and ongoing work in Brighton. The increase is important for the landlord in the long-term and delivered a significant uplift in capital value” says GCW director Clive Gillingwater.
