GCW Recruits Two From MSBL

April 2012

GCW has recruited Directors Steve Brown and Gareth Storer from niche retail specialist MSBL to further boost its expanding high street agency team.

The recruitment of Storer and Brown will see GCW take on leading retailer, Fat Face as a client. The duo have worked with Fat Face for eight years and during that time have handled a large proportion of its property acquisitions as it has grown from 60 to 200 shops. Recent key deals include stores in Berkhamsted, Queensgate Peterborough and a resite in Horsham.

Storer and Brown have also represented retailers such as Crew Clothing, Shuropody, Moss Bros and Henri Lloyd.

“It is a real coup for us to attract two respected retail property consultants. They both have strong experience advising expanding retailers and this will help to improve our successful bespoke service and offer additional expertise to our existing clients such as JoJo Maman Bebe, Konditor & Cook and Farrow & Ball” says GCW director Simon Morris.

The move follows the recruitment of Chris Hovington and Emma Lucas in Autumn 2011 from Douglas Stevens and New Look respectively.
