Morley has let 19/21 Mill Lane, Solihull, part of their Mell Square shopping centre, to Barclays Bank.
Barclays, in need of greater representation in Solihull, relocated their business to this 7,750 sq ft store on the basis of a new 15 year FRI lease at £300,000 pa with 3 months rent free. The letting analyses to in excess of £175 zone A.
