New graduate placement

Octavia Wyatt, has joined GCW on a two year graduate placement, as part of the firms commitment to bringing through, and nurturing new talent.

Working with Oli Horton, partner in investment, and Will Mabbett, director, Octavia joins the team to work across the core areas of the business: occupier, agency, and investment teams, directly involved with clients.

Octavia who just graduated from Edinburgh University, said: “GCW’s strong reputation in the retail sector made it an obvious and exciting opportunity for me to accept.

“Their ability to offer me experience in all areas of their close-knit team and the opportunity to interface with clients so early on is invaluable for me as a graduate to build upon my knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and ultimately achieve my APC.”

Mabbett added: “We are really looking forward to Octavia joining, and taking the first steps on her career path by getting a holistic overview of what GCW can offer. And we are excited to expand our team to continue to provide best in class service to our clients.”
