SOL Leisure Centre, Northampton

Following GCW’s work to reposition SOL Shopping Centre as a family leisure destination, Chi restaurant, that offers a mix of Asian cuisines, has provided a much-needed F&B element and created excitement and interest around the ground floor entrance. The operator at the 4,882 sq ft restaurant, opened in April on a 15-year lease at £85,000 plus turnover. GCW advised the owners Palace Capital. The eatery now has eight UK restaurants and are looking to expand their offering to new locations.
