To Gymfinity and beyond

Gymfinity, the gymnastic club for kids, made a statement in Walton-on-Thames by taking the 16,000 sq ft former Debenhams, creating a new anchor at The Heart shopping centre.

“The introduction of Gymfinity will hopefully serve as the catalyst to repurpose the external malls,” said Philippe Micheal, director, GCW. Building on this recent success GCW have been able to lease the adjacent 10,000 sq ft space to Rock Up – a climbing wall and soft play operator, introducing yet more family orientated leisure.

“We have employed a proactive strategy of targeting alternative uses for the centre, because as leasing agent at The Heart, we want to give people in Walton more reasons to come back more often.”
