Clive leads GCW’s lease advisory services. He has dealt with all types of retail premises on a nationwide basis for over 35 years. In addition to regularly acting as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert he also is a very experienced Expert Witness.

Clive is a guitarist with more enthusiasm than talent and enjoys most sports - particularly tennis and cricket.
