Gareth joined GCW in April 2012 after 8 years at MSBL. As a Director in the Occupier team Gareth focuses on retailer advice, specialising in acquisition and disposal strategies. Gareth’s clients include; Fat Face, The Cornish Bakery, Mountain Warehouse, JoJo Maman Bebe, Specsavers and Thorntons.

Gareth can often be found adjusting the office thermostat in a downward direction.
