John joined GCW in 2022 specialising in Lease Advisory work for both property owners and occupiers on retail properties in high streets and shopping centres across the UK. Work includes lease renewals, rent reviews and regears.  

John is a proud supporter of Carlisle United heading to as many away matches as possible. The rest of the time is spent hoping England will win the next test match series.
