Kate joined GCW in 2008 as a PA and has since undertaken several courses to become a fully qualified Bookkeeper, progressing within the business to now hold the position of Operations Manager. This means day to day Kate works across a multitude of areas within the business including HR, Finance, supplier contracts and various other operational related matters. She also provides direct support to GCW’s Board and continues to provide PA assistance, where required.  

When not working Kate can be found dragging her French Bulldog around the Kent countryside or supporting the local retail economy at Bluewater.
