Phil joined GCW in 2013 having gained valuable retail experience in Jones Lang LaSalle's Shopping Centre management team. Phil works on a variety of projects for owners throughout the UK, providing leasing and strategic asset management advice especially on large multi-let schemes where he has a specific interest in asset repositioning.

A keen fitness enthusiast, Phil spends most of his spare time in the gym, watching a good boxing match or pretending to understand F1 racing.
