Tim joined GCW in 2014 and is now an Associate Director sitting across the Occupier and Stakeholder Teams. He advises clients such as Energie Group, Safestore, Busy Bees, Lidl, Hamberley Development and KFC, as well as private and institutional landlords/developers on leasing and disposals. Having previously worked in residential development and a stint in London sales, Tim’s rounded expertise ensures he can provide holistic advice across a range of sectors.

Tim is an entrepreneur at heart having set up and subsequently sold The Dublin Rickshaw Company. On weekends; if he’s not swimming, cycling or running, he can be found turning his hand to DIY projects at home or in the garden.
