Holly joined GCW’s Lease Advisory team in 2019 carrying out work for occupiers and investors on retail and restaurant properties across UK high streets and shopping centres. This includes lease renewals, rent reviews, regears and expert witness work.   

When Holly isn’t in the office, she can be found sampling London’s bottomless brunches, on impromptu weekends away and fitting in the odd half-hearted gym session.
